Paper templates and presentation formats

NB FOR YOUNG AUTHORS TO QUALIFY FOR AWARD CONSIDERATION

The writer of the paper and presenter needs to be a young person. Older authors can only provide advice and review the paper – but should be acknowledged if they made a major contribution to the technical work being reported on or are a key advisor (like a masters or PhD supervisor) by being a co-author. If their role is less then an acknowledgement should be made instead of being a co-author.

Key dates

• 6 November 2020 Close-off date for abstract submissions

• 30 November 2020 Decisions have been delayed . We will be in touch as soon as we can to advise if your submission
  has been successful or not.

• 19 February 2021 Draft conference papers submitted (for peer review, if applicable)

• 2 April 2021 Feedback provided by referees (on draft Conference Papers)

• 23 April 2021 Final revised conference papers and/or abstracts submitted

• 9 - 12 May 2021 Present at Transportation Conference
